For restaurants

Your dishes, your numbers.

FastMacros users don't browse — they ask the app "what fits my macros right now?" and order what it finds. Claim your restaurant, tell us what goes into each dish, and the calories and protein people see are worked out from your own ingredients instead of our estimate.

Claim your restaurant

You type ingredients, we do the maths

Tell us what is in one serving of a dish and how much of it. We add it up from the US government's food data. No nutrition lab, no spreadsheet, and no change to the menu system you already use.

Your recipe stays private

Only the finished numbers go public — calories, protein, carbs and fat. The ingredient list you type is yours: we publish the numbers, never the recipe.

Paying never moves you up the list

FastMacros ranks food by one thing: how well it fits the macros a person has left today. A claimed listing gets no ranking boost, paid or unpaid.

What it costs

One price, and it is the whole offer. No tiers, no upsell, nothing to negotiate.

First month free

Your restaurant listing

$25/year

  • Free for your first month — claim it and build your menu before you pay anything
  • $25 a year after that, billed through Stripe on fastmacros.net rather than through an app store
  • Renews automatically each year until you cancel
  • Cancel any time from your owner page; the listing runs to the end of the year you paid for
  • Unlimited dishes, and you can change or take down any of them whenever you like
If a listing goes unpaid

Your numbers stay public

  • The numbers you published stay public — they are your figures and we do not take them down over a payment
  • What goes is the label: dishes stop reading “Verified by the business” and read “From the restaurant” instead
  • Pay again whenever you like and the label comes back

The legal version of all of this is section 6a of our Terms.

What money can't buy here

FastMacros ranks food by one thing: how well it fits the user's remaining macros. Claiming your restaurant does not change your ranking, your fit score, or your position — ever, paid or unpaid. What $25 a year buys is the “Verified by the business” label on your dishes, and nothing else. The recommendation itself is not for sale. That's why our users trust what we show them — and why an order from us is worth having.

How it works

Three steps, no software to install, no menu system to change.

1 · Prove the restaurant is yours

Find your restaurant at fastmacros.net/business and give us an email address at your restaurant's own website. We send a 6-digit code to that address; type it back and you're in. If the address you use is somewhere else, a person checks the claim by hand instead.

2 · Tell us what is in each dish

For one serving, search each plain ingredient — chicken, rice, olive oil — and say how much. The numbers appear as you type. Publish a dish when it looks right, or save it as a draft and come back to it.

3 · Your numbers replace our estimate

A published dish shows your figures to people nearby who are looking at your restaurant, with the label “Verified by the business”. Change a dish, take one down, or tell us a dish we read off your website isn't on your menu at all — it stops being shown.

Questions restaurants ask us

Does paying improve our ranking?

No — and it never will. Ranking is decided by one thing: how well an item fits the customer's remaining macros. Paying puts your own numbers and the “Verified by the business” label on your dishes. The recommendation itself is not for sale, at any price. That's what makes an order from us worth having.

What does it cost?

Your first month is free. After that a listing is $25 a year, billed through Stripe on fastmacros.net, and it renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your owner page.

What happens if we stop paying?

The numbers you published stay public — they are your own figures, and we do not take them down because a payment lapsed. Your dishes stop carrying the “Verified by the business” label and read “From the restaurant” instead. Pay again and the label comes back.

Do you publish our recipes?

No. The ingredient list you type stays private — we publish the numbers, never the recipe. Nobody using the app sees what is in the dish, only what it adds up to.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the US government's food data: each ingredient you enter is priced against a published food record, and our server adds up one serving. It is arithmetic over what you told us — so a dish is as right as the ingredients and amounts you give it.

We don't take online orders. Can we still be listed?

Yes. Plenty of great spots are counter-only. Claiming works the same way, your dishes carry your own numbers either way, and customers are pointed at your door instead of a checkout.

Rather talk to a person first?

Claiming takes a few minutes at fastmacros.net/business. If you'd rather ask us something first, tell us who you are and we'll get back to you. No commitment.
