The loop

Read your macros, solve, order, log — automatically.

The whole app is one loop. It runs on your real remaining macros, not a food diary you have to babysit.

  1. 1

    Read

We pull what you've eaten and burned from Apple Health or Health Connect and show what's left today.

  2. 2

    Solve

Our solver ranks combinations from nearby menus by how well they fit your remaining macros — protein weighted highest.

  3. 3

    Order

Pick a winner and we hand you off to the restaurant's own site or your delivery app with the exact items ready.

  4. 4

    Log

Confirm you placed it and the meal logs straight back into your day — the loop closes on its own.

What's inside

Everything you need to hit your numbers.

Honest tools, built around the way you actually eat.

Live remaining macros

Read weight, nutrition and active energy from Apple Health and Android Health Connect, then see exactly what's left — calories, protein, carbs, fat.

The solver does the thinking

We rank real orders from menus near you that fit your macros, honor your diet and allergen filters, and stay in your calories. No searching, no math.

One-tap guided ordering

Hand off to the restaurant's own ordering site first, or your delivery app, with the exact items ready to tap. You place it; the meal logs back to your day.

Full-day and weekly planning

Plan a whole day around your eating window, or build a week of recipes into one aisle-grouped shopping list you can send to your grocery cart.

Honest tracking, four ways

Log by photo, a plain sentence, a barcode, or a nutrition label. Verified sources get a badge; anything estimated is labelled “est.” — never a guess dressed up as a fact.

Mac, your coach

Mac reacts to what you actually log — steady, on your side, and designed never to shame you. Pick the look you like; every coach is named Mac.

Real local prices

Where we've gathered prices in your area you see the real “price on DoorDash”; everywhere else it's clearly shown as an estimate.

Goals that stick

A gentle streak, adaptive targets that learn from your real intake, and progress you can actually read — no punishment, no fake pressure.

GLP-1 & low-sodium modes

Optional modes reshape suggestions for smaller appetites or a sodium cap. Nutrition assistance only — never dosing or medical advice.

Meet Mac

A coach who reacts, and never judges.

Mac speaks up when you log a meal, close a gap, or hit your numbers — with deterministic, on-brand lines, not a chatbot guessing at your health. Every word is swept so it recognises your food and your effort, never your body.

Prefer a different look or a calmer voice? Pick from several coach looks and personalities. They're all named Mac.

The honest app

Four rules we don't break.

Nutrition apps are easy to fudge. We'd rather show you less than show you something wrong.

Absent beats wrong

If we don't have a number, we leave it blank. We never fill a gap with a guess.

Estimates are labelled

Anything not from a verified source is marked “est.” — macros, prices, and allergens alike.

Allergens fail closed

Only chain-published data can mark a food allergen-safe. Everything else is an estimate with a cross-contact warning — never “safe.”

Never medical advice

FastMacros is nutrition information, not medical advice. Our tools help you hit targets; they never give dosing or clinical guidance.

Almost here

Eat right without the searching, math, or cooking.

FastMacros is in the final stretch before launch. It's coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
